What it is the DAX Index?
DAX (abbreviated from Deutscher Aktienindex) is a Blue Chip stock market index consisting of the 30 major German companies trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Prices are taken from the electronic Xetra trading system.
How to get real-Time DAX Index data?
In February 2006 "Deutsche Börse" stopped the free access to Real-Time DAX prices for the public and allows only a 15 minutes delayed view of the DAX.
Therefore we introduce our "Real-Time DAX Monitor" which is based on free and public available Future prices of the DAX Performance Index (WKN: 846900). You will see the actual DAX typically 30 to 60 seconds delayed. Data will be automatically updated every 30 seconds.
Technical stuff
The DAX Monitor is a plain AJAX-Application that needs little resources of your computer and bandwidth. |
